- 6 chicken breasts, cooked and boned (save stock)
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pkg. spaghetti noodles (1 lb.)
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 can mushroom pieces
- 1 can LeSueur peas (No. 2 can)
Directions

1Cook spaghetti in 2-quart stock.

2If you do not have that much stock, add a little water.

3Drain.

4Add cubed cheese.

5Add mushrooms, onions (cooked in butter), bell pepper and chicken, Ro-Tel and Worcestershire.

6Fold in peas last.

7Salt and pepper to taste.

8Bake in 300° oven for 30 minutes.

9Serves approximately 8.
