Ingredients

  • 5 chicken breasts
  • 12 oz. pkg. flat wide egg noodles
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 onion (small to medium), chopped
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Boil chicken until tender; set aside.

    Cook noodles.

    While noodles cook, on low heat, saute bell pepper and onion in margarine until tender; add Worcestershire sauce, a can of cream of chicken (may want to cook in microwave first), then add Velveeta and Ro-Tel tomatoes.

    Cook long enough for cheese to melt.

    Drain noodles and take chicken off bones.

    Add all ingredients.
