- 1 c. diced, cooked, skinless chicken (white meat)
- 1 c. diced apple
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 3 Tbsp. lo-cal mayonnaise
Directions

1Combine chicken and apple.

2Sprinkle with lemon juice and toss together.

3Mix celery with mayonnaise and add to chicken and apple mixture.

4Toss lightly.

5Chill.

6Serve on lettuce or eat as is. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
