  • 1 c. diced, cooked, skinless chicken (white meat)
  • 1 c. diced apple
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 3 Tbsp. lo-cal mayonnaise

Directions

    Combine chicken and apple.

    Sprinkle with lemon juice and toss together.

    Mix celery with mayonnaise and add to chicken and apple mixture.

    Toss lightly.
