Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. tossed almonds (optional)
  • 1 c. seedless white grapes, cut in half
  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Boil chicken about 1 hour.

    Cool and remove from the bone. Cut into bite-size pieces.

    Add all remaining ingredients.

    Mix lightly.

    Add enough mayonnaise to coat well.
