Ingredients

  • 4 c. cooked chicken, cut in bite size pieces
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (5 oz.) pkg. chow mein noodles
  • 1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing plus 3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/2 c. sliced black olives

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together, except chow mein noodles. Refrigerate several hours.

    Add noodles just before serving.

    Put on bed of lettuce.
