- 1 chicken, pressure cooked, skinned, deboned and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 small red apple, cut into small pieces
- 1 c. seedless white grapes, halved
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. pecans or walnut pieces
Directions

1Pressure cook chicken (skinned) until done, about 7 minutes. Cool, debone and cut into 1-inch chunks.

2To chicken, add apple, grapes, celery and pecans or walnut pieces.

3Mix thoroughly after each addition.

4Use creamy Italian dressing, as much as necessary. Serve on bed of lettuce, garnish plate with small cluster of grapes with carrot sticks.

5Serve with tossed salad.
