- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- bay leaf
- celery
- 1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
- 1 small sweet onion, finely chopped
- 2 c. small, seedless white grapes
- 1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
- 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Cook chicken with bay leaf and celery for 20 to 30 minutes, until done.

2Save broth.

3Cut up chicken.

4Add 1/2 cup celery and onion; mix.

5Mix Cool Whip and dressing; add to first mixture. Mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.

6Add grapes.

7Chill at least 3 hours.

8Can add slivered almonds or raisins.

9Serves 8.
