- 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. oil
Directions

1Saute onion, pepper and celery in oil in a large fry pan.

2Add cabbage and cook 5 or 10 minutes with top on pan.

3Add sugar and salt halfway through cooking process.

4Chopped tomatoes may be added to recipe.

5Delicious for different vegetable.
