  • 1 (4 to 5 lb.) hen
  • 1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon or 4 cubes
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 medium stalks celery
  • 1/3 c. dill salad pickles
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • salt to taste

    Boil hen

    with bouillon until very tender.

    chop into small chunks, mashing some rather smooth. Set aside.

    Chop eggs and celery into small chunks.
