- 1/2 c. onions, diced
- 4 lemons, squeezed
- 1/2 c. spring onions
- 2 tsp. salt to taste (be careful)
- 1/2 c. fresh coconut, grated

1Crush onions with salt; add lemon juice.

2Dice chicken into desired chunks.

3Stir lemon-onion mixture over chicken chunks. Add salt and spring onions.
