  • 8 pieces breasts, broiled (don't let them dry up)
  • 1/2 c. onions, diced
  • 4 lemons, squeezed
  • 1/2 c. spring onions
  • 2 tsp. salt to taste (be careful)
  • 1/2 c. fresh coconut, grated

    Crush onions with salt; add lemon juice.

    Dice chicken into desired chunks.

    Stir lemon-onion mixture over chicken chunks. Add salt and spring onions.
