- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 can green chilies (mild)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Brown beef, onion, chili powder, salt and garlic powder. Combine all ingredients except tortilla chips.

2Break chips in half.

3In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer sauce mixture, chips and beef mixture; repeat.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Sprinkle with cheese until melted.
