- 4 c. chopped cooked chicken breast (or a whole chicken)
- 3 celery ribs
- 2/3 c. seedless green grapes
- 1/3 c. canned coconut (optional)
- 2/3 c. slivered almonds, toasted
- 1/4 c. whipping cream, whipped
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Coarsely chop celery ribs and half the grapes.

2In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, grapes, coconut and almonds. Toss, mixing well.

3Blend whipped cream with mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt.

4Fold into chicken mixture.
