  • 1 qt. coarsely chopped chicken
  • 1/2 lb. fresh seedless grapes, sliced in half
  • 1 (12 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1 1/2 c. toasted almonds or pecans
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 (10 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained

Directions

    Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder and soy sauce. Mix with all other ingredients and chill.
