- 3/4 c. sweet cubed pickles
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 fresh red sweet bell pepper, chopped
- 4 or 5 large sticks celery, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Bake chicken breast halves at 325° for about 45 to 55 minutes. Let cool and pull from bone.

2Chop into small pieces.

3Add remaining ingredients.
