  • 8 chicken breast halves
  • 3/4 c. sweet cubed pickles
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 fresh red sweet bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 or 5 large sticks celery, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Bake chicken breast halves at 325° for about 45 to 55 minutes. Let cool and pull from bone.

    Chop into small pieces.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Makes enough for large loaf of bread.
