  • 2 c. cooked, diced chicken
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. bottled French dressing
  • 1/4 c. chopped English walnuts
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • 2 chopped hard-boiled eggs
  • chopped olives
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. capers (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Combine chicken and celery with French dressing.

    Marinate at least 2 hours in refrigerator.

    Add chopped walnuts and mayonnaise to taste; mix well.
