- 1 c. diced celery
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. bottled French dressing
- 1/4 c. chopped English walnuts
- mayonnaise to taste
- 2 chopped hard-boiled eggs
- chopped olives
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. capers (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine chicken and celery with French dressing.

2Marinate at least 2 hours in refrigerator.

3Add chopped walnuts and mayonnaise to taste; mix well.
