  • 4 c. cooked chicken breasts, cut in chunks
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. fine chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 can chunk pineapple, drained
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
  • chow mein noodles

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and top with chow mein noodles just before serving.
