  • 6 c. chopped celery
  • 4 c. water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 3 tsp. onion salt
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 4 c. mayonnaise
