  • 3 c. cooked chicken (about 2 breasts)
  • 1/2 c. diagonally cut celery
  • 1/2 c. seedless grapes, cut in half
  • 1/2 c. well-drained crushed pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 c. orange marmalade
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions

    Combine marmalade, mayonnaise and soy sauce.

    Pour over other ingredients and mix. May put slivered almonds on top.
