- 1 lb cooked chicken breast
- 34 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons finely minced celery
- 3 tablespoons finely minced onions
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 18 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Directions

1Using a stand mixer with paddle attachment, blend chicken breasts until thoroughly shredded, or shred by hand (or you can just chop the chicken).

2Remove bowl from the stand mixer and add in all other ingredients.

3Stir by hand to mix well.

4Serve over lettuce leaves or in sandwiches.
