- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 14 oz mixed grilled vegetables
- 2 cups cooked couscous
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 4 None hard-boiled eggs, peeled and quartered
- 7 oz mixed salad greens
- None None Vinaigrette, mayonnaise, to serve
- None None FOR THE BLUE CHEESE DRESSING
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 oz crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
Directions

1Preheat the grill to medium-high. Combine chicken, oil, Worcestershire sauce and garlic in a bowl. Grill chicken 5-6 mins each side. Slice and keep warm.

2For the blue cheese dressing, combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
