- 1 lb. chicken breasts
- 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 2 bunches green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Drain pineapple, reserving juice.

2Cut chicken breasts into 1/2-inch wide strips.

3Combine chicken and green onions in a shallow, nonmetallic container.

4Combine pineapple juice and remaining ingredients, mixing well.

5Pour over chicken mixture and toss.

6Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.

7Thread chicken, green onions and reserved pineapple chunks onto wooden skewers. Broil with skewers 5 to 6 inches from heat source, brushing with marinade often.
