- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. curry
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. Amaretto
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Cut chicken into strips.

2Mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and curry in a bowl.

3Heat butter in a large skillet.

4Dip chicken strips in flour mixture and brown in skillet.

5Brown both sides of chicken, then add Amaretto and lemon.

6Simmer for 5 minutes.

7Mix chicken broth and cornstarch together.
-
8Stir into mixture in the skillet.
-
9Stir until sauce thickens.

10Serve over rice.
