  • 56 ounces Hunts Crushed Tomato Sauce
  • 1 1/2 pounds Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/4 Chopped White Onion
  • 1/8 bunch Parsely
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive
  • 6 ounces Water
  • 2 tablespoons Raw Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

    Put the olive oil in a large pot and saute the garlic and onion on a medium flame

    When the onion looks slightly brown, add the cans of tomato sauce

    Cut the chicken breasts into quarters and add it to the sauce

    Cook the sauce on medium for 10 minutes, then cover it and cook it for two hours on simmer

    Evry 20 minutes, stir for 20 seconds.
