  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken
  • 1 can broccoli cheese soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. mixed broccoli and cauliflower (frozen)
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Fry chicken in butter until white on the outside.

    Take chicken out and saute broccoli and cauliflower in remaining butter.

    When thawed, mix in broccoli cheese soup and milk.

    Heat until simmering, then pour chicken back in and cook for about 10 minutes.
