  • 4 to 6 chicken breasts
  • 4 to 5 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • salt, pepper and paprika
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. Sauterne wine

Directions

    Season chicken and brown in butter slowly. Remove chicken; add onion and cook until clear. Put chicken in dish and mix other ingredients. Pour over chicken. Let stand in fridge overnight. Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Gravy is delicious served over rice.
