  • 2 whole boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 4 slices of lemon
  • salt and pepper

    Skin chicken and split into halves; remove fat.
