- 8 chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup malt vinegar
- 1 teaspoon spices
- 1/4 ground cardamom
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- salt & pepper
Directions

1Slice the chicken Marinate using all the above ingredients for 4 hours or overnight in the fridge.

2Put the chicken with the marinade in an oven tray and bake covered in a hot oven for 30 mins, turning once.

3Uncover and put back in the oven for 5 more minutes, or till the chicken is well cooked. If desired, pour out the fat for a healtier option.

4Serve with sliced tomatoes, onions, and chopped parsley, rolled in a pitta bread topped with Tarator, hummus and Toum.
