- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 c. white rice
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
- water
- seasoning
Directions

1Make sure chicken breasts are clean.

2In microwave-safe casserole dish, add 2 cups rice; cover with water (approximately 2 cups).

3Place chicken over rice.

4Spread tomato soup over chicken. Season to taste.

5Cover and microwave on High for approximately 25 minutes.
