  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 fryer (raw)
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken soup or 1 can water

Directions

    Mix mushroom soup with chicken soup or water.

    Place fryer in baking dish.

    Pour rice over chicken.

    Sprinkle dry soup over rice.

    Then pour liquid soups over this.

    Bake at 435° for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
