- 2 cup oil
- 1 medium piece of chicken (thigh)
- 1 small diced onion
- 1 cup frozen veggies
- 2 cup chicken broth (dry variety)
Directions

1Dice up your onions and onions

2Boil 2 cups of water (to mix with dry chicken broth)

3Add oil to pan and heat on med-high

4Once oil is heated add onions and chicken

5When chicken is slightly brown (not fully done ! )

6add veggies and noodles (add more for more servings) stir frequently.

7Once boiling turn down the heat to low and let simmer.

8Slowly add soup base and parsley for more flavoring.

9Check noodles and chicken and take off heat.

10Serve with love :)
