  • 2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1/2 c. green pepper
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 6 slices firm bread, crust removed
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs

    Cube 2 slices bread; place on bottom of baking dish (oblong Pyrex dish).

    Add chicken mixture.

    Beat eggs and milk and pour over all.

    Let stand 1 hour longer, better overnight.
