  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 1/2 c. cooked rice
  • 4 slices bread, cubed
  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 qt. chicken stock
  • 4 eggs, beaten

    Mix all ingredients in a buttered casserole dish.
