- 4 large chicken breasts (without skin)
- 1 to 1 1/2 stacks saltine crackers
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 gal. milk
Directions

1In a large boiling pot, boil chicken in approximately 1/2 gallon of water.

2Debone chicken and put back in broth.

3Add 1 to 1 1/2 stacks of crumbled saltines (to thicken soup), 3 chipped hard-boiled eggs and 1/2 gallon milk.

4Salt and pepper to taste. Soup is ready after bringing to a boil.
