- 1 1/3 cups diced skinless chicken
- 1 quart chicken stock
- 2/3 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup diced zucchini
- 1/4 cup diced yellow squash
- 1/4 cup diced green beans
- 1/4 cup diced asparagus
Directions

1Heat the oil in a large skillet.

2Add the chicken and cook well over medium heat.

3Combine the chicken, chicken stock, and lemon juice in a large saucepan.

4Add the salt and pepper and simmer for 20 minutes.

5Add the zucchini, squash, green beans, and asparagus.
