- 1 salt
- 1 whole onion (cut in chunks)
- 1 lime juice
- 3 potatoes
- 4 stick of celery (cut in chunks)
- 1 hot pepper
- 3 quart water
- 5 lb chicken wings (cut in portion)
Directions

1Parboil chicken wings.

2Drain off and wash.

3In a large pot, put 3quarts of water adding onions celery.

4Bring to a boil.

5Season with pepper and salt.

6Add limes to your taste.

7Then add potatoes.

8Boil again until potatoes are soft.

9Then add wings.

10Cook for 30 minutes.
