  • 1 whole onion (cut in chunks)
  • 1 lime juice
  • 3 potatoes
  • 4 stick of celery (cut in chunks)
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 3 quart water
  • 5 lb chicken wings (cut in portion)

Directions

    Parboil chicken wings.

    Drain off and wash.

    In a large pot, put 3quarts of water adding onions celery.

    Bring to a boil.

    Season with pepper and salt.

    Add limes to your taste.

    Then add potatoes.

    Boil again until potatoes are soft.

    Then add wings.

    Cook for 30 minutes.
