- 1 large hen
- 1 large (24 oz.) spaghetti
- 1 c. onions
- 1 c. bell pepper
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 1 can English peas
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook chicken until tender.

2Cook spaghetti in chicken broth. Chop onions.

3Cook butter, onion and bell pepper until tender. Add Ro-Tel and English peas.

4Add salt and pepper.

5Put 1/2 of cheese in with all ingredients.

6Pour into casserole dish.

7Bake in slow oven at 350° for 30 minutes.

8Put the other half of cheese over the casserole.
