Ingredients
- 2 cans minced clams, including juice
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 c. flavored bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 to 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Combine clams with juice of 1 lemon, onion, green pepper, butter, garlic, parsley flakes, oregano and cayenne pepper. Simmer until onion and green pepper are soft.

2Add bread crumbs. Place in a shallow baking dish (pie plate is good).

3Dot with Parmesan and Cheddar cheeses.

4Sprinkle with paprika.

5Bake at 325° for 35 minutes.

6Serve with Matso.
