- 3 lb. chicken
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Cook chicken in boiling salted water until tender.

2Cool. Remove chicken and debone.

3In broth, cook onion and green pepper. After 5 minutes, add spaghetti.

4When done, add chicken.

5May need to remove some of the broth.

6Add cheese; let melt.

7May serve now or put in casserole.

8Freezes well.
