- 4 to 5 lb. hen
- 4 large onions, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 bunch celery, chopped
- fat or oil
- salt, pepper or other seasonings
- 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
- 4 to 8 oz. canned mushrooms
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 1 lb. American cheese, grated
Directions

1While hen is cooking make sauce by frying onions, green pepper, celery and seasonings (to taste) in small amount of fat or oil until tender.

2Add the tomatoes and mushrooms; cook down. Prepare spaghetti according to package instructions; drain.

3Cool chicken, uncovered, in broth, then drain and cut up.
