Ingredients
- 2 chickens
- 1 c. onions
- 1 c. bell pepper
- 1 c. celery
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 large can mushrooms
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 7 oz. spaghetti
Directions

1Boil chickens and save broth; take chicken off bones and chop into small pieces.

2Saute onions, bell peppers and celery in margarine.

3Add soups, chopped water chestnuts and chopped mushrooms.

4Add grated Velveeta cheese.

5Boil spaghetti in reserved chicken broth.

6Drain spaghetti and combine with sauce and chicken.

7Put into 2 casseroles.

8If desired, slice olives and slivered almonds on top.

9Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

10Freezes nicely.
