Chicken Spaghetti

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 pkg. spaghetti (10 to 12 oz.)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Ro-tel tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • margarine for sauteing
  • Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Boil chicken approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.

    Debone chicken.

    Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.

    Saute onions and celery in margarine.

    Mix chicken with soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes and sauteed mixture.

    Drain spaghetti; put on bottom of baking dish and cover with chicken mixture.

    Put grated cheese on top and bake until bubbly at 350° in oven or until light brown.
