Ingredients
- 1 large fryer
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 chopped green bell pepper
- 1 1/2 chopped celery stalks
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 small jar chopped pimento
- 2 c. diced Velveeta cheese
- 1 stick margarine
- 3/4 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 1/4 (7 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti, broken in thirds
Directions

1Cook chicken for 1 hour.

2Debone when cool.

3Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in margarine.

4(This can be done in the microwave.)

5Cook spaghetti in chicken broth; add other ingredients.

6Cook, stirring occasionally, for 15

7minutes.

8This is ready to serve or put in casserole and refrigerate.

9Heat in oven when ready to serve.

10Can be frozen.
