  • 1 large fryer
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 1/2 chopped celery stalks
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 small jar chopped pimento
  • 2 c. diced Velveeta cheese
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3/4 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 1/4 (7 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti, broken in thirds

Directions

    Cook chicken for 1 hour.

    Debone when cool.

    Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in margarine.

    (This can be done in the microwave.)

    Cook spaghetti in chicken broth; add other ingredients.

    Cook, stirring occasionally, for 15

    minutes.

    This is ready to serve or put in casserole and refrigerate.

    Heat in oven when ready to serve.

    Can be frozen.
