- 1 (5 to 6 lb.) hen
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 can peas
- 1 c. celery
- 2 c. stock
- 1/2 lb. cheese, grated
- 1 onion
- small piece of garlic
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1 small pkg. spaghetti
Directions

1Boil the hen with seasoning; remove meat from bones and cut in large pieces.

2Melt butter; saute onion, celery and garlic.

3Add tomatoes and tomato sauce;

4continue to cook for 10 minutes.

5Cook spaghetti in chicken stock; add to the chicken mixture.

6Add mushrooms and the 2 cups of stock saved from cooking the hen. Cook about 30 minutes.
