  • 6 chicken leg quarters
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1 can button mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. spaghetti
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Cook chicken in salt water and remove from bone.

    Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.

    Saute celery, bell pepper and onion. Add can of mushrooms and cream of mushroom soup.

    Mix with drained spaghetti.

    Place in baking dish.

    Put grated cheese on top.

    Bake at 350° about 10 minutes just until hot.
