Ingredients
- 1 chicken, cooked and boned
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 6 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 can tomato juice or soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic
Directions

1Cook spaghetti in chicken broth; drain.

2Saute in skillet onion, bell pepper, celery and margarine.

3Combine tomato sauce, tomato juice, mushroom soup, mushrooms, pimento, garlic and broth; add to mixture in skillet.

4Simmer 30 minutes.

5Mix all ingredients together in a large baking dish.

6Cover with foil. Bake approximately 30 minutes at 350°.

7Sprinkle top with grated cheese.

8Cook another 15 minutes.
