- 1 3/4 lb. chicken
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 c. ripe olives, diced
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 1/2 c. green olives, diced
- 4 Tbsp. sherry
- 1 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Cook and debone chicken; cut into bite size pieces.

2Cook spaghetti; set aside.

3Saute green pepper, onion, celery and both kinds of olives in butter.

4Combine vegetables and chicken.

5Mix the sherry, soup and broth.

6Combine with chicken and vegetable mixture and cooked spaghetti.

7Put in large baking dish; sprinkle with Parmesan.

8Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.
