- 1 chicken
- 6 to 10 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 6 to 10 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3/4 stick margarine
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 3 cans cream soup (any combination celery, chicken or mushroom)
Directions

1Boil chicken; save broth.

2Boil spaghetti, debone and chop chicken into bite size.

3Shred cheeses.

4Saute onions, bell pepper and garlic in margarine.

5Add 3 cans of soup and 1/2 of cheese mixture to coat vegetables and mix.

6Stir in chicken and spaghetti.

7Pour into baking dish and bake 30 minutes.

8Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake until melted.
