- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 small pimento, chopped
- 1 small sliced mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 pkg. thin spaghetti
- 1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Boil chicken and debone.

2Cut up into small pieces.

3Cook spaghetti in chicken stock left from boiling chicken.

4Saute chopped onion, chopped bell pepper and chopped celery in a skillet until tender.

5Add all ingredients together well.

6Top with grated Cheddar cheese.

7Bake at 350° until bubbly.
