Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 2 fryers, diced up
  • 2 green peppers, chopped
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
  • 1 can drained peas
  • 1 can Ro-Tel, chopped
  • 1 can chopped pimentos
  • 1 lb. Velveeta
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • mushrooms
  • black olives

Directions

    Cook chicken (boil).

    Saute green peppers and onions in margarine until tender.

    Cook the spaghetti in the chicken broth (4 cups).

    Do not drain.

    Add peas, tomatoes, pimentos, cheese, diced chicken, mushrooms, black olives, peppers and onions.

    Add salt and pepper.

    Put in casserole dish and bake 30 minutes at 325°.
