Southwest Shoe Peg Corn

  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 (11 oz.) cans Shoe Peg corn, drained
  • 1 (7 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix margarine and cream cheese; stir over heat until melted. Add Shoe Peg corn, green chilies, sugar and salt.

    Pour into buttered casserole. Heat at 350° until bubbly.

    Can be done on stove in saucepan, if you are in a hurry.
